Concert Tour to Moselle Valley, Germany

Marble HallIn April 2007 the orchestra made a concert tour to the Rhineland region of Germany. Three concerts were given, including one at the Marble Hall at Bad Ems (pictured opposite), nineteenth century recital venue for, among others, Franz Liszt, Clara Schumann and Jaques Offenbach. The programme was as follows:

Beethoven - Coriolan Overture
Schubert - "Unfinished" Symphony
Mendelssohn - "Reformation" Symphony
